Upgrade Your Skill Set for Success

In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, officials from the Riverside County Public Health Department issued a mandate on March 13th closing all community colleges, preschools, K-12 public, private and charter schools, and universities in the county between March 16 and April 3, 2020. All College of the Desert facilities will be closed to students, "non-essential" staff, and the public during this time period. All TASC labs and facilities will also be closed.

TASC at Palm Desert has moved into the Hilb Building on the Central Quad, second floor. The TASC Language Lab now resides in the Hilb Building, lower level.

Tutoring and Academic Skills Center provides a TASC Lab or comparable services at each site of College of the Desert. Friendly, knowledgeable staff will be there to assist students with accessing any of the following services:

  • Peer Tutors and Faculty Support
